Hey guys,

I'm looking for a female flatmate - someone chill, responsible and fun, to occupy one of the bedrooms in our 3 BHK penthouse (from Dec).

The house is just 300m from Benniganahalli metro station.

Apartment - Udaya Paradise

Location - https://g.co/kgs/YGiyExR

Rent - 17k (includes maintenance)

Deposit - 34k

One time setup cost - 6k

We have a balcony with stunning panoramic views.

Washing machine, furniture, kitchen appliances and Wi-Fi are all taken care of. You just have to bring your stuff and settle in!

If you or someone you know is looking for a place to call home with friendly flatmates and a social living space, send me a message! 🙂
