Room in a 2 BHK

**Looking for a replacement for a room 🏠**

Hi everyone,

One of the rooms in our 2 BHK flat is becoming vacant, and I’m looking for someone to move in as a replacement.

The flat is in a premium gated society with 24/7 electricity, water supply and round-the-clock security, so you never have to worry about the basics. The flat also has 3 balconies, which means plenty of fresh air and natural light.

I’d prefer someone who is a working professional or a student, keeps their space tidy, and respects privacy and shared areas.

Nothing fancy, just an honest and easy-going person we can live comfortably with. 🙂

If you’re interested, send me a message and we can talk or meet once before deciding. Happy to answer any questions and share the details.

Thanks for reading, and please share if you know someone who needs a room!
