Single/Double Available in Tata Tower, Worli, Mumbai | Available Immediately | Sea View

Hello,

I’m Joycy, working as an advertising professional in lower parel. I’m looking for a girl or 2 girls to occupy the master bedroom.

It is a semi-furnished flat with
Modular Kitchen
AC in room
Geyser

🏠 Occupancy & Rent Details

🔹 Double Occupancy
• Rent: ₹21,000 per person
• Deposit: ₹42,000 per person

🔹 Single Occupancy
• Rent: ₹42,000
• Deposit: ₹84,000

📍 Location: Tata Tower, Worli, Mumbai

Unfortunately I found this through a broker, one month rent would be the brokerage (Either 42K or 21K per person depending on single or double occupancy) I will be taking up the second room. The hall has the sea view.

I would love to have someone who’s willing to plan the set up of the house together, who is respectful, clean and respects other’s space. You can expect the same from me : )
